• Lead the Lloyds arm of the capital submissions and Capital Model development.
• Shape high-quality outputs communicated effectively to key stakeholders.
• Spearhead major model changes

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure rigorous project management for regulatory submissions.
• Design and maintain internal models, focusing on reserve risk.
• Make strategic recommendations for optimal financing and investment structures.
• Manage a small team
