Development Work

A Lloyd's/London Market Insurer is looking to hire an individual who is excited by developing and improving processes. This would suit someone who has an actuarial background and who wants to go down a non-traditional pathway.

In this role you will be developing the internal capital model, capital reporting tools and reserving tools, and systems. This includes improving methodology, automation work, and testing changes to tools. You will have regular interaction with core actuarial teams across the business.

The hiring manager is looking to speak to actuaries who have a strong coding ability. Any exposure to Tyche is highly favoured. Candidates should have technical experience in reserving or capital.

This would most likely suit someone who has c.3 years' of experience.
