Life Consultant - Solvency UK/Matching Adjustment

Award-winning Insurance consultancy is seeking an experienced Life actuary or actuarial consultant with expertise in Solvency UK and matching adjustment.

As a SME, you will build positive relationships with new and existing insurance and reinsurance clients, working closely with them to generate proposition ideas and deliver solutions.

Deep technical expertise in Solvency II/UK and matching adjustment is essential along with solid understanding of investment markets and market risk drivers. Any exposure to funded reinsurance transactions and structuring would also be useful.

Happy to consider candidates who do not have previous consulting experience as a proven track record/propensity for business development is not mandatory - just excellent communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships and build your network across the industry.

You'll be part of a collaborative team with the opportunity to work on broader project aside from Solvency UK/MA.

This is not an audit firm so all work will be technical/advisory focused.
