Oliver James are pleased to be working with a leading BPA provider in their search for a part qualified actuary to join their BPA deal team in York | Generous base salary and bonus on offer

As a BPA deal analyst you will be responsible for helping develop and implement de-risking solutions for trustees of defined benefit pension schemes. You will be working on a portfolio of high-value transactions and have a real opportunity to make an impact internally and for clients.

Role requirements:

  • Part qualified actuary making solid exam progress or an exam stopper with relevant technical experience
  • Experience in actuarial cash flow modelling and bulk annuity modelling would be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of UK defined benefit pension schemes
