Part-time Operations Lead (Actuarial) sought by a renowned Non-Life Reinsurer with a top 5 Lloyd's of London Syndicate.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Lead (Actuarial) will support and collaborate with the current operations lead to ensure all requirements are delivered as efficiently as possible.

Responsibilities of the Operations Lead (Actuarial):

  • Carry out analysis to understand underwriting performance across the global portfolio.
  • Review and experiment with new methods, techniques and data sources to further enhance analysis and tools.
  • Work with the underwriting teams to develop new line of business specific analysis, tools and insights.

Key experience of the Operations Lead (Actuarial):

  • Experience working within Non-Life insurance, ideally within the Lloyd's market.
  • High level understanding of Actuarial processes and deliverables is desired.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
