Exposure Management Manager

Looking to move away from a traditional Exposure Management/Catastrophe Modelling role and gain a different perspective of the market?

Eames Consulting has partnered with a London-market business in the search for an experienced Exposure Management/Catastrophe Modelling professional to manage a portfolio of agencies to ensure they are not over exposed. Unlike traditional roles in the market the successful candidate will not focus on one line of business and instead manage several agencies and implement best practices. Along with ensuring this business is not over exposed, the selected candidate will work with various teams to address emerging risks, implement best practices, and provide guidance to various agencies.

Due to the strategic and client facing aspects of this role the selected candidate will have experience working with senior stakeholder and comfortable explaining complex results to less technical audiences. In order to be considered for this role 5+ years of experience in the London market and extensive experience in Catastrophe Modelling within the Lloyd's market is required.
