Renowned household name and a well-established leader in their market, seeking an In-house Pensions Manager to join them from their London office

Oliver James are pleased to be working with a renowned household name and a well-established market leader in their search for an In-house Pensions Manager in London with hybrid working.

You will manage all company pension schemes and ensure that all legislative requirements are met. This role will involve project work, centred around GMP equalisation buy-in preparations and benefit changes. You will also manage the day-to-day administration of pension schemes. Responsibilities also include communicating and educating employees on pension arrangements.

Role requirements:

  • Pensions actuarial or pensions consulting experience gained from another in-house role or consultancy
  • Excellent knowledge of DB and DC pension arrangements
  • Solid communication skills for both internal and external engagement
  • FIA/PMI qualification would be preference

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced pensions actuary or consultant to step into an in-house position with an excellent culture. This is a varied role with an established path for progression in place.
