Exposure Analytics Manager - Reinsurance

Looking to move away from a traditional Exposure Management position and move into a strategic role focus on speciality projects and portfolio management?

Eames Consulting has partnered with a leading syndicate in the search for an 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to support View of Risk Projects, Reinsurance Purchasing, and Portfolio Management.

This is a newly created role working directly with the Head of Exposure Management and senior stakeholders from Actuarial, Exposure Management, and Underwriting teams. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small specialist team focusing on the group level ensuring the profitability of the portfolio. With the support of two direct reports (who also manage their own teams) the selected candidate will work on speciality projects to enhance data collection/analysis, and reporting capabilities across the syndicate. Along with speciality projects to improve exposure analytics the successful candidate will regularly meet with senior stakeholders in business and assist with business planning and reinsurance purchasing business planning.

To be considered for this role 5+ years of experience in a Catastrophe Modelling/Exposure Management role with the ability to communicate to multiple internal stakeholders is required. Candidates with experience in Portfolio Management, Reinsurance Modelling, and strong technical skills (SQL & Python) will be given preference.
