Senior Research & Development Actuary

We have a fantastic opportunity take on a visible and varied commercial role in the Research & Development function of FTSE 100 company.

You will support the design and development of new products, ensuring compliance with industry regulation and maximising profitability. Working with stakeholders across the wider business you will also provide technical actuarial expertise on broader commercial projects, developing tools and calculations to support new business growth.

Looking for a qualified actuary with strong commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills and ideally some previous experience in a product/proposition role. Any exposure to fund platforms would be particularly of interest (but not essential)

Open to candidates from a life insurance or pensions/investment consulting background.

Our client can offer a very flexible, hybrid-working model and they are very open to candidates returning to work after a career break. Also able sponsor Visa transfers for candidates already in the UK.

This role is available on both a permanent and FTC basis.
