London Market start up MGA - First in-house Actuary

Eames has partnered with a start-up MGA as they look to bring on board their first in-house Actuarial hire. This role will be focused around pricing and essentially will be an extension of the underwriting function.

This role would suit a FIA Lloyd's/London Market Actuary who has a wealth of pricing experience (casualty experience is a big plus). They need an Actuary who has strong commercial acumen and who has experience in being embedded in an underwriting function. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be interested in joining a start-up.

These types of opportunities where you can build out the actuarial offering from scratch don't come around too often where you can put your own stamp on it.
