New Vacancy - Senior Claims Adjuster | Aviation
City of London / Hybrid
HFG are currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Syndicate who are seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster to join their Aviation team.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Claims Professional with strong market experience within the Aviation space handling multiple lines such as Airlines, GA and Hull War.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience in handling claims in the Aviation industry, with a strong technical background.
- Evidence of successfully maintaining positive relationships with important stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the Underwriting & Claims teams to retain and attract clients.
- Working with the Underwriting, Engineering, and Actuarial teams to analyse portfolios, mitigate risks, improve policy language, and identify claim trends.
- Contributing to the development of new ideas and research to support underwriting strategy.
- Coordinating with market surveyors, adjusters, and legal professionals as needed.
- Communicating and collaborating between the company and clients to provide valuable insights.
- Ensuring compliance with the authority requirements of the role, including regular review of financial authority.
- Assisting in managing third-party relationships where those parties have been given claims handling authority.
