Job Details

Are you a qualified GI actuary with capital modelling experience, looking to make your mark within a major global insurer?

Then this is the perfect role for you, offering the chance to lead the use and development of the capital model to create high quality output and regulatory reporting that is communicated effectively to Lloyd's, the Syndicate board, senior management, and group.

Leading the delivery of major model changes to Lloyd’s resulting from M&A transactions, you will also use the model for investment portfolio rebalancing and dividend planning.

Collaborating with the Risk Function, you will use this to inform risk appetite, ORSA and stress & scenario testing.

Additionally, you will make recommendations for optimal financing structures to satisfy capital needs for Funds at Lloyd’s (e.g. LoCs, financial assets or other accepted structures).

With well-honed analytical skills and detail oriented, you will possess strong computer skills with an emphasis on Igloo, Microsoft Excel, Python and SQL.

Lloyd's experience strongly preferred.

A fantastic career opportunity within a market-leader.

Please contact us to discuss this vacancy or for an informal discussion regarding your career goals. We are very happy to perform bespoke research on your behalf.
