We have partnered with a start-up Lloyd's Syndicate to find them a Reserving Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a reserving actuary or consultant to join a rapidly growing reserving team. This is a high exposure role that is not limited to but includes: - Developing state of the art reserving models for all classes of business.- Exposure to all levels of seniority including chief actuary and liaising with third party stakeholders.- Too direct reports and growing.- Opportunity to Assist the capital model team in maintaining, parameterising, running and enhancing the capital model- A vibrant and exciting culture.This role enables the successful applicant to work closely with various departments including Finance, Claims, Underwriting/Pricing and Capital Modelling so for more information on this or any other similar team we are working with:Company
