Senior Pensions Manager (Insurance Transactions)

Gravitas has partnered with a renowned pensions consultancy which is embarking on an ambitious growth journey across teams, revenue, and market share. We are currently seeking an experienced actuary ready to embrace a new challenge and elevate their career.

As a key player in this role, you will take the lead on insurance transactions for both Trustee and Sponsors of DB pensions schemes. Your responsibilities include overseeing client engagements, and managing both point-of-transaction and pre-transaction clients for successful outcomes. Actively participating in business development, you'll contribute to a robust pipeline of insurance transactions. Your role extends to influencing the strategic direction of the business and mentoring junior team members to support their development.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• An FIA/CFA qualified with 10+ years of experience
• Deep knowledge and experience working on insurance de-risking transactions
• Previous experience managing and developing client relationships
• Strong modelling skills
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
