Job Details
This is a great role for a Catastrophe Modelling Analyst with Pricing experience to join a specialist analytics/pricing team in a lead role working for the Underwriting Division of a Global (Re)Insurer.
Working closely with property underwriters, you will be able to utilise your data analysis skills in the pricing of large risks; portfolio analysis; interpreting outputs from cat models, utilise new technologies/insights and delve into large data sets and analysis to help make commercial decisions.
You will be interacting with a wide range of stakeholders such actuarial, exposure management, RI purchasing as well as the underwriters. In addition, this is a lead role where you will be assisting and guiding more junior members of the team.
Excellent communication skills are essential. If you are a commercially astute, creative thinker who loves number crunching and have experience in Catastrophe Pricing this could be a great move!
