Pricing Actuary - Innovative Team

A Specialty Insurer is looking to hire a Nearly or Newly Qualified Actuary to join their small pricing team which has an innovative focus. This is an excellent option for those who want to directly impact the business and work closely with the underwriters.

They have a flat reporting structure throughout the team. In this role you will be developing existing models and delivering new ones, case pricing to support the underwriters, and carrying out analysis to support investigations into potential new lines of business.

You can expect to get involved in energy (including renewables) and marine to name a few.

They want to speak to those who have a a Lloyd's/London Market background and who have experience with working alongside underwriters before. R/Python/SQL experience is highly desirable.
