Pricing Actuary - Multiline

New 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢-𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 Pricing opportunity for candidates with 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 OR 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 experience. Up to £85,000 on the base salary. Considering candidates who a part up to newly qualified with general insurance experience.

We have an exciting opportunity in the Specialty Insurance Pricing team, working on single risks for a global book of business. Covering diverse areas such as Property, Energy, Construction, Cyber, War & Terrorism, Marine, and Fine Art & Specie, this role offers a chance to expand your knowledge and contribute to a growing pricing team.

Key selling points of this role:

- 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐨: Work on a wide range of Specialty Insurance lines and develop expertise in short-tail and Specialty areas.
- 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: Contribute to annual business planning by assessing profitability, combined ratios, rate levels, and more, and produce essential reports.
- 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬: Collaborate with Underwriters and develop innovative pricing tools and models, ensuring calibration and usage accuracy.
- 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚-𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡: Implement data-driven pricing processes and contribute to pricing model development on web-based platforms.
