As a Senior Consultant and Lead Transaction Adviser in the pension risk transfer market, you'll be at the helm of a wide array of settlement transactions, encompassing buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps, and consolidation/capital solutions.

You'll be tasked with overseeing the smooth execution of these transactions, ensuring they meet their deadlines and financial targets while also nurturing strong relationships with various stakeholders.

Your role will extend beyond transactions, as you'll guide clients on their strategic 'Journey to Settlement,' helping them prepare and explore feasibility. Building connections with external parties like trustees and sponsors is essential to expand settlement opportunities.

In addition, you will actively contribute to new business ventures, harnessing your settlement market expertise to devise innovative solutions.

You will play a pivotal part in the growth of the team, as you'll be instrumental in shaping new strategies and propositions within the team, fostering future leaders through coaching and mentorship.

• CFA/FIA qualified is preferred, however this is not essential.
• Experience working/delivering on settlement transactions.
• Strong technical knowledge of buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps and/or capital solutions.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Full right to work within the U.K. with a minimum of 1 year operating within the U.K. pensions market.
