Actuarial Manager - Personal Lines

A Personal Lines Insurer is looking to hire a Manager to take on responsibility for their motor reserving. This role will have 1 or 2 direct reports dependent on the candidate.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a consultancy background to move in-house and utilise the skills they have developed. Alongside reserving responsibilities, you will be involved with forecasting performance and providing valuable insights to stakeholders to aid business decisions. The business is also undergoing transformation projects and therefore there is an opportunity to get involved in innovation work.

They want to speak to those who are Qualified and who have a sound understanding of reserving. Candidates should have strong problem solving skills and have successfully managed or mentored Analysts in the past. Motor experience is advantageous.
