Head of Capital Management

Our client a leading insurer is looking for a Head of Capital Management to join the Capital Actuarial team. The role will focus on overseeing capital reporting, validation, and governance data.

This role consists of working with the wider business departments as the role will be managing the capital allocation and ensuring capital delivery is effective. They will oversee model changes for the group model while managing a small team of different seniority level of analysts.

The candidate should have effective people management and communication skills as they will be working with senior stakeholders.
