HFG are currently recruiting on behalf of a well established Lloyd's Syndicate who are looking to add a Delegated Authority Assistant to their team. This position will be handling a wide array of DA duties and will also offer the opportunity to work with a well respected manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chasing and verifying bordereaux to ensure complete and high-quality data is accessible in the company's reporting suite.
  • Analyzing bordereau data and conducting gap analysis to enhance data quality.
  • Offering technical support on Lloyd's platforms like DDM and DCOM.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders, both internal and external, such as Brokers, Carriers, Coverholders, and DCA's.
  • Keeping contract information current in DDM, including the responsibility of inputting endorsements.
