HFG are currently recruiting on behalf of a top Lloyd's Syndicate who are looking to add a Senior Claims Adjuster to their Aviation team. They are looking for a Claims Professional who has been involved in the Aviation space for 7+ years who has experience handling all different types of Aviation classes of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Underwriting & Claims departments to retain and attract Clients.
• Work together with Underwriting, Engineering, and Actuarial teams to analyse portfolios, mitigate risks, improve policy language, and monitor claims trends.
• Generate innovative ideas and conduct research to contribute to the thought leadership of the business. This will align with underwriting strategy and assist Clients in navigating the transition towards clean energy.
• Increase the visibility and reputation of the Global Energy & Construction Claim team through the Claims+ program, participating in market meetings, and pursuing business development opportunities at industry events, conferences, and other external engagements.
• Engage with market surveyors, adjusters, and legal professionals as necessary.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with Clients to provide valuable insights.
• Follow the authorized limits of the position, which will be periodically reviewed, including financial authority.
• Support the management of relationships with third parties that have been granted claims handling authority.
