Reserving Manager - Additional Headcount

A Syndicate is looking to hire a Qualified Actuary to join their growing team as a Reserving Manager. This role will have 1 direct report and therefore is the perfect opportunity for an individual who is looking to establish themselves as a first time manager!

In this role you will be involved in quarterly reserving and SII TPs. You will also be presenting to board and you will be very visible within the business.

They are keen to speak to either in-house reserving Actuaries or those from a consultancy. This would suit an individual who wants to be in a smaller company that has big growth ambitions.
