Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Prophet models, including but not limited to Stochastic and Real-World ALS applications.

Perform and test Prophet coding changes, as well as implement and test the end to end operating process for HKRBC, IFRS 17, Economic Capital, Stress Capital, Capital Planning and SAA etc. Maintain documentation of the model enhancements. Conduct controls according to internal requirements. Provide technical/system coding help/ guidance to local business units, as required. Actuarial analysis on modeling results.

Minimum Job Requirements

University / College graduate in Actuarial Science, Mathematics and Statistics or related subject with at least 5 years' experience in life insurance industry. Fellowship in a recognized international actuarial professional body/close to fellowship Sound analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

Ability to deal with and handle multiple priorities. Experience and knowledge in insurance product and actuarial work in ALS/Modelling is an asset. Proficiency in actuarial software, e.g., ALS/Prophet is an advantage.
