pmactuarial specialise in Actuarial search within UK Life insurance. We have been asked to find a number of contractors on behalf of a specialist insurer who are under-going a number of projects.

The roles will assist with the migration of Credit Risk modelling and Matching Adjustment calculations to Python from existing platforms.

The roles will involve extensive coding in Python.

The ideal candidates will have at least one of:

* Previous coding in Python
* Previous coding in an Actuarial Platform or programming language

Knowledge of either credit risk, market risk or matching adjustment principals would be a bonus.

The roles require an individual who can start quickly and will run until the end of the year although there is a likely chance of an extension into 2024.

The roles are available on both an inside and outside IR35 basis and will pay according to the right candidates expectation.
