Risk Analyst

We have partnered with a leading Lloyd's syndicate to find them Risk analyst to support the Risk Management team with the ongoing development of the Risk Function. The candidate will be working very closely with our CRO and Risk Manager gaining training and development in order to continually their develop skills and expertise. This role includes but is not limited to:

• Assist with the production and analysis of Risk Metrics & Risk Reporting for reporting to the Risk Committee.
• Assist in the management, risk reviews and reporting of the Internal Control Framework.
• Assist with the design, development of the Internal Model validation, perform and review validation tests, coordinate second and third line (external) validation reviews together with Capital modelling team, and contribute to the Validation report.
• Supporting the implementation of other internal model processes, such as ensuring the model use, re-run triggers, feedback and expert judgement logs are updated.
• Contribute to the quantification of Reverse Stress Tests and Stress & Scenario Testing for validation and the ORSA process (including development of ESG risk assessments)
• Assist with the production of operational scenario analysis.
• Contribute to other risk management output, including but not limited to the ORSA Report.
• Complete all necessary training and development to enable fulfilment of role.
• Maintain risk management records accurately and efficiently.
• Other ad hoc reviews as required by the business.
