Fairbank Partners are looking for an exceptional individual to take on the role of Stress & Scenario Testing Leader with our client. In this pivotal role, you'll harness your expertise to fortify our client's risk preparedness and solidify their commitment to Responsible Risk Management.

As the driving force, you'll commandeer global efforts to scrutinise, evaluate, and enhance responses to diverse stress events. By weaving together insights from risk and solvency assessments, strategic decision-making, and portfolio direction, you'll be at the forefront of safeguarding against material loss. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, you'll orchestrate scenario analysis and co-create robust risk response strategies that stand up to scrutiny.

Leading the Stress & Scenario Testing Working Group, you'll foster stakeholder engagement, ensuring scenarios maintain integrity and consistency. Your talent for insightful reporting will communicate the essence of stress and scenarios to diverse stakeholders, aligning analyses with bespoke requirements.

Stepping into the realm of emerging and systemic risks, you'll join the Strategic and Systemic Risk Team, evaluating novel threats through the lens of industry, economics, and academia. Your role in climate change risk assessments will contribute to a sustainable future, while your scrutiny of regulatory landscapes ensures our client stay ahead of the curve.

To excel in this role, you'll bring substantial insurance industry experience and a quantitative skill set, alongside the ability to lead with influence and drive results. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and familiarity with tools like PowerBI would be a distinct advantage.
