IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of digital communication enhancement and digitalization and transformation projects within the insurance domain.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely resolution of project-related issues.
• Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and key metrics to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.

Roles & Requirements:

• Previous experience in the insurance/ FS in preferred.
• Have previous experience in managing IT projects, preferably with a focus on digital communication enhancement, digitalization, and transformation.
• Familiarity with IT applications and systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
