Reserving Lead

I'm partnered with a leading home & motor team, who have recently undergone a major transformation project within their reserving team. Subsequently, they're looking to hire a qualified actuary to support a range of reserving projects.

The purpose of this role is to lead a significant section of the Reserving function, determining the strategic direction for the team. You'll advise on actuarial and business planning, and will lead the implementation and delivery of large complex projects.

The ideal candidate is a qualified reserving actuary with a strong background in solvency II and IFRS17. Strong stakeholder facing exposure is also desirable.
