Global P&C Underwriting Strategy Manager

One of my leading global clients are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Insurance professional to join their growing team as an Underwriting Strategy Manager.

The role is part of the Chief Underwriting Office, and involves liaising cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders in order to push forwards overarching strategic projects intrinsic to the Underwriting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and Managing Products along Commercial and Retail P&C Lines of Business

Manage Key Accounts with a focus on Portfolio Management and Profitability Assessent

Building Network through Interfacing with and Presenting to Key Internal and External Stakeholders

Developing and Implementing Underwriting Guidelines

Conduct Underwriting Reviews, Conduct Product Approvals, and undertake Governance Involvement

Desired Skills:

4-20 Years of Non-Life Insurance and/or Reinsurance Experience

Solution-Orientated, Strategic, and Analytic Mindset

Communicative and Diplomatic Work Approach

University Degree in Insurance, Economics, Mathematics, or Related Subject

Business Fluent in German and English
