Group Balance Sheet Management, Senior Manager

Orange Malone is looking for an experienced (ideally qualified) actuary to join a special projects team in Group Capital Management. Ideally candidates will have either a broad consulting background, ideally with some capital management/ALM projects under their belt or be from an insurer, bank or asset manager with the ability to understand technical ALM issues.

Within the context of M&A or reinsurance transactions, as owners of the capital management policy and framework, the team needs to be able to understand hedging targets and be able to set strategies accordingly.

Candidates will also have an understanding of python modelling and be happy to get stuck in and do a variety of tasks within a small, agile but growing team. 

Experience of reinsurance or mortality risk would also be helpful!
