Senior Actuarial Student. Looking for a move from Insurance to Reinsurance?

Our client is looking for a Student Actuary to join their Outwards Reinsurance Actuarial Team and play a vital role in shaping their Reinsurance Strategy and Modelling. This is a commercial role where you will be working closely with the Capital team, Finance, Exposure Management, the CUO, Ceded Reinsurance etc.

As a Senior Actuarial Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide inputs for business planning, and support ALL Reinsurance Capital work through the team, including Risk/Credit Risk appetite etc. 

The role fits into the business by dealing with the brokers and being part of the RI placement team (you'd act as the backbone to this), whilst looking at over £5bn in premium. The role works alongside a newly created Underwriting Strategy team.

Leverage your analytical skills, strong communication, and attention to detail to excel in this dynamic and rewarding role. The position s ideally suited to a part or near Qualified Actuary with at least 2-3 years of GI experience,
