AM/ M, Product Development & Innovative Solution

Our client is one of top re-insurer in Hog Kong . They are providing life and health-related reinsurance and financial solutions to help clients effectively manage risk and capital. For this position, you will be one of the key member in the team to identify the product opportunities and bring innovative idea to product design with appropriate product propositions, pricing basis and peripheral logistics.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Establish propositions as standalone solution or value added solutions, and establish pricing basis
• From data derivation to implement of basis, work closely with medical, local, and regional pricing to work through feedback and approvals independently
• Work closely with business development, pricing, medical, underwriting, research team to understand client's needs and provide high level financial and implementation analysis on proposed ideas
• Be responsible for addressing practical difficulties in full quotation to ensure ideas / basis / proposed solutions are implementable
• Study customer's journey, identify needs of coverage and areas for product development
• Assist in assessing macro trend impact and influencing idea

Requirements

• University's Degree in Actuarial or relevant studies with good progress on actuarial qualification
• 4 - 10 year's relevant experience preferably in pricing / product development experience either with life insurer or re insurer, sounds knowledge on CI product
• Strong analytic skill and problem-solving skills
• Good team player and interpersonal skills
