I am currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Syndicate who are seeking a Claims Adjuster to join their Reinsurance division. This role would be focusing on the LATAM and Europe market, especially Madrid and experience within a claims adjusting role within reinsurance is ideal. Classes of business covered in the role include but aren't limited to Surety, Property and Casualty.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure proper management of all types of business claims under the Reinsurance pillar, including regular communication with major clients and underwriters.
• To ensure that the adjustment of claims on Reinsurance business written on the Lloyd's platform follows the Lloyd's Claims Management Minimum Standards.
• To comply with the authority requirements of the role as agreed upon.
• To assist in managing relationships with third parties who have been given authority to handle claims.
• Your role includes adhering to all applicable regulatory requirements and demonstrating behaviours outlined in the Conduct Risk Policy. These behaviours prioritise customer satisfaction and integrity.
• It is expected that you understand your responsibilities regarding regulatory and internal requirements and actively uphold compliance in all aspects, including Solvency II, fair treatment of customers, Financial Crime, Data Protection, Conflicts of Interest, and Whistleblowing.
