Job Details
I am representing a very profitable LMKT insurance business who are looking for a Head of Capital. You will have full autonomy for the team and be responsible for overseeing the Capital function. Primary focus will be, valuations of the SCR and ECA, supporting the business planning process, optimizing reinsurance structures, and ensuring Solvency II compliance for the Syndicate. You will also collaborate closely with the Finance team for regulatory reporting and provide support to various stakeholders, including regulators and internal audit functions.
