A fantastic opportunity to join a major insurer where you will play a key role in the delivery of the business growth and operational transformation in terms of asset data and related actuarial/financial reporting.
Ensuring the delivery of assigned initiatives within the Risk Analytics change portfolio, you will use your awareness of both the business needs and the Risk Analytics processes/systems to facilitate the design, testing and implementation of appropriate solutions.
You will also provide support in giving guidance to the Risk Analytics team and its customers on the solutions that will best deliver the requested changes to the models/modelling methodologies/reporting processes facilitated by Risk Analytics.
In addition, you will highlight any technical limitations of the solutions, their potential impact on desired business outcomes and how this could be mitigated.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding/working knowledge of insurance Financial reporting processes and metrics alongside asset valuation and modelling across a variety of asset classes.
Hands on experience of programming in languages such as Python, VBA, R, C++ also required.
A Project/Software Development related certification such as Prince 2 Practitioner desirable.
