City of London - Lloyd's Syndicate
Salary £50,000 - £60,000
I am currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Business who are looking to add a claims adjuster to their established team focusing around Financial Lines.
They are looking for someone with 1-3 years claims adjusting experience in a similar role at a Lloyd's Business with relevant expertise to the above.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of claims and ensure they are resolved efficiently and effectively
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as underwriters, risk managers, and lawyers to ensure claims are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Negotiate and settle claims with claimants and their representatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claim activities, expenses, and settlements
- Contribute to the development of claim management strategies and best practices
- Continuously monitor industry trends, regulatory changes and emerging risks that may impact claims
