Global reinsurer seeking a Part-Qualified Actuary (3+ FIA/FFA exams) to join its Longevity Pricing team | Competitive salary, generous bonus, and comprehensive benefits package

Oliver James are partnered with a global and multi award winning reinsurer to appoint an Actuarial Analyst within their Longevity Pricing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Part-Qualified Actuary (3+ FIA/FFA exams) from a (re)insurance, consultancy (life or pensions), or statistical pricing background to join a dynamic and collaborative Longevity Pricing team, working alongside industry experts and gaining exposure to international markets.

The Longevity Pricing Actuary will be a proactive, analytic, and technical actuary, responsible for supporting the delivery of new business quotations for longevity risk to insurers and pension funds, improving pricing processes, and working alongside the marketing team to deliver creative solutions and support market growth.

Experience required:

  • Part-Qualified Actuary (FIA/FFA)
  • Demonstrable experience from a (re)insurance, consultancy (life or pensions), or statistical pricing background
  • Degree (2:1 or above, or equivalent) in a highly numerate subject, e.g., mathematics, statistics or actuarial studies
