Job Details

Clarence George is working with a leading Insurer/Asset Manager on a newly created Solutions Manager position within the Bulk Purchase Annuities business. This newly created team is tasked with owning the pricing and strategy for the Bulk Annuity business which includes dealing with non-standard issues across the business. There is regular interaction with the Asset Management function and wider teams across the business.

Profile:

  • Likely a qualified Actuary or CFA
  • Strong technical and commercial skills
  • Strong asset and liability understanding
  • Understanding of an insurance balance sheet with a background from a solutions/transactions team would be highly beneficial

This role is more about the individual rather than needing certain experience. This is a highly commercial position so the individual needs strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset, able to think of creative solutions to complex issues. Please get in touch to find out more.
