New exciting role to start the week - Head of Reserving (Competitive Package).
We are looking for an experienced London Market 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 to lead a team of 4 direct reports.
Key responsibilities include overseeing a European-based reserving team, leading reserve reviews for the Specialty portfolios, maintaining a regular flow of reserving information to key stakeholders, and contributing to the continual performance improvement within the reserving team.
This role also involves supporting internal and external reporting related to the Specialty portfolios, providing counsel to the heads of the Specialty business units, and collaborating with pricing to integrate data into the reserving process.
