Pricing Analyst within Bulk Annuities

Leading life insurer to recruit a Pricing Analyst with a DB pensions background into their growing bulk annuity business | London

Oliver James are working on behalf of a leading life insurer to recruit a pricing analyst into their growing bulk annuity business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a part or newly qualified actuary to join a well-renowned business into an area of exponential growth. Within this role you will be responsible for supporting the deal and pricing managers in the development and implementation of de-risking solutions for defined benefit pension schemes.

Requirements:

• Part or Nearly/ Newly Qualified Actuary
• Strong knowledge of UK Defined Benefit pensions
• Experience of working within pensions consulting or a like for like role with an insurer
• Experience of bulk annuity modelling and pricing would be an advantage but is not essential

This is a prime opportunity for a part qualified pensions actuary to make a move into the bulk annuity market. This is a growing team meaning there is plenty of scope for progression and contact with senior members of the business.
