Are you a qualified actuary with experience in stress & scenario testing and/or pricing either in first or second line functions of general insurers? Then this is a fantastic leadership opportunity within a major insurance Group.
Leading the second line oversight of Risk Modelling for the Group, you will provide oversight of the technical pricing models, pricing model governance, and management of accumulation risk.
A risk SME, you will provide input on pricing decisions and strategy, solvency risk oversight, and calibration of the internal capital model.
You will also enable the Capital Modelling team to assess Operational risk capital requirements, providing oversight for and challenge of relevant pricing, underwriting, and climate change management at governance committees.
In addition, you will plan, design, and implement a suitable schedule of stress tests and scenario analysis, to reflect regulatory and business requirements and industry good practice while assessing potential management actions and influencing strategy, financial decisions and risk appetite through the results.
