Job Details

Clarence George is working with an asset-backed reinsurer in Bermuda to find a Risk & Capital Actuary. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an innovative reinsurer that has demonstrated spectacular growth in recent years.

The role:

  • Varied role collaborating with both the risk and capital/ALM teams
  • Play a key role in building out the risk management process of a growing reinsurer
  • Gain experience in balance sheet management, asset processes and the internal economic capital model 
  • Work closely with key stakeholders within a flat-structured and close-knit team 

The candidate: 

  • Nearly/newly qualified 
  • Open to actuaries, CFAs or other (MSc, PhD)
  • Ideally a working knowledge of assets 
  • Collaborative and confident individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
