Senior Reserving Manager, Technology Focused

In this hybrid role, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working both virtually and from our clients London office 1-2 days a week. As part of the team, you'll play a crucial role in meeting clients' expectations, leading and managing teams of Consultants who deliver exceptional reserving solutions.

Your day-to-day activities will involve defining and executing implementation strategies, overseeing client implementations, managing relationships with new clients and partners, engaging in scoping discussions, supporting the sales process, and providing technical business leadership. You'll also have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of actuarial consulting developers, fostering a diverse and inclusive culture.

To succeed in this role, you should possess at least 4 years of general insurance reserving experience, with a demonstrated ability in Reserving. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are crucial, along with experience in leading the delivery of actuarial tools and managing teams. You thrive under pressure, adapting to evolving situations, and contribute as a self-motivated team player with excellent organisational skills.
