Mergers & Acquisition Actuary, Qualified

Are you an experienced actuary looking for a new challenge? Our legacy client are looking for a qualified actuary with 5+ years of experience to join as an M&A Actuary.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing actuarial due diligence support for the Group’s M&A activity for its European & Lloyd’s risk carriers. You will be working closely with the Group’s Business Generation, Claims, Finance, and Risk & Compliance teams, as well as the wider Actuarial team.

You will play a key role in developing actuarial models and assessment during the due diligence process. Your expertise in transaction due diligence and risk-based pricing will be instrumental in drafting actuarial due diligence papers in relation to the work performed, including the reserving, capital, and valuation metrics.

As a Senior M&A Actuary, you will also lead the day-to-day management of transactions, including interactions with the wider M&A and Claims team. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the team to ensure staff meet their objectives.
