Start-up Consultancy - BPA/Pensions Client Partner

Clarence George is currently working a unique opportunity at a start-up consultancy to lead a brand new BPA/Pensions team.

The Role:

• After winning a new area of business within an existing client, this life insurance consultancy is keen to hire a BPA/Pensions lead to head up a new team.
• A role which balances DB Pensions and BPA consultancy with business development, pioneering the step into the BPA space for a start-up consultancy.
• Opportunity to build a team and have substantial autonomy on the future of the team within the BPA space.

The Candidate:

• Ambitious qualified actuary with several years post-qualified experience in BPA, Annuity Pricing, or DB Pensions.
• Consultancy experience is desirable, but not essential.
• Leadership and senior stakeholder management experience is advantageous.

This role has a six figure base salary with a highly lucrative wider package including a profit share scheme.
