Senior Reserving Analyst

Are you a reserving analyst with a passion for modelling and technical coding? We're working with a leading motor insurer who is looking for a Senior Reserving Analyst to join their growing team.

The Role:

* Design, implement, and maintain reserving processes and models

* Support internal partners by providing valuable insights

* Be directly involved in the new IFRS 17 calculations, Solvency II Technical Provisions, and capital calculations

* Work in a combined pricing and reserving team, helping set the strategy and future insure growth

* Develop your modelling abilities and build new reserving functionality using Psicle SQL-based model and ResQ

What we are looking for:

* Good knowledge of general insurance (Ideally personal lines reserving but open for any other GI backgrounds)

* Proficiency in Python/R/SAS/SQL (or other programming languages) and Excel
