Senior Actuarial Validation Manager

We are partnering with a top global insurance company seeking a Senior Manager - Validation to lead their team.

The Role:

• Lead the validation of the company's Internal Model
• Develop and maintain model validation approach
• Present findings to executives, Risk Committee, and Board
• Coordinate validation activities and engage with stakeholders
• Maintain strong relationships with Corporation departments
• Lead strategic projects across risk functions
• Management of 2 Senior Actuaries

What we are looking for:

• 6+ years of risk management actuarial experience (open for non-Lloyd's backgrounds)
• Qualified actuary with strong technical skills
• Knowledge of risk management, Solvency II, and ideally some capital modelling
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
