A market leading Lloyd's syndicate is looking for a Catastrophe Manager to join its small team and take ownership of their marine portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to move into a defined management position, lead a marine team and contribute to a wide range of projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience working within an Exposure Management or Catastrophe Modelling team with the desire to take the next step in their career and manage a team with 3-4 direct reports. In order to be considered for this role strong SQL skills and the ability to challenge underwriters and desire to lead a team is necessary.
