Senior Manager - New Team!

This really is one of those once in a lifetime opportunity as our client are looking for someone to join as a senior manager of a new team that is being built. This role is focused on people management and project spearheading on some of the most important topics in the industry.

This team will have a focus on emerging risks, economic impact, and research. You will be responsible for day to day management of the team and for defining roles and responsibilities. You will develop your team through sharing information effectively, coaching and communicating a clear vision to ensure that your staff are productive, engaged and motivated to deliver the area's aims.

The team will be responsible for developing the frameworks on the macroprudential effects of insurers on the system, and on the impact of regulation on insurance.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Fully qualified Life actuary with a minimum of 5 years post qualified experience.
• Strong Solvency II knowledge
• Understanding of the risks the insurance industry faces
• Management experience
